This page provides general mission planning information and tools to support eROSITA/SRG observation planning.
The SRG (Spectrum-Roentgen-Gamma) spacecraft was launched 13 July 2019 from Baikonur. The eROSITA CalPV phase took place from mid September to early December 2019.
The eROSITA all-sky survey (eRASS) started mid December 2019 and has an envisaged duration of 4 years. It consists of eight consecutive 0.5 year all-sky scans.
Observing plans for eROSITA and the M. Pavlinsky ART-XC, the two instruments onboard SRG, are merged into a combined SRG observing plan by our colleagues from IKI (Moscow).

Light green: observable sky area, mid green: visibility fraction > 50%, dark green: always visible.
Due to basic symmetries, sky visibilities repeat with a half year period.
